5:00 am to 7:00pm with a break between 1:00pm - 3:00pm. We hold various training sessions a day.
At BFT The Woodlands, we’ve incorporated scientifically proven programming aimed at reducing fat & creating lean muscle. Our variety of 50-minute training sessions mixing cardio & strength are overseen by highly accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment. You will get a custom-curated workout plan with your goals & results in mind with an engaging coach to motivate you.
