About Us

Paul O’Neill is the CEO and Founder of Emerald Elite Transportation. His family emigrated from Ireland to The Woodlands in the 1990’s where Paul was born and raised. He owns a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and shortly after he moved to Florida for his work with The Walt Disney Company, where he received awards for exceptional hospitality and customer service.

The Woodlands is his home and he couldn’t stay away. He moved back with the desire to provide a service to his community, and he began Emerald Elite Transportation. He is excited to be on this journey and to cater to The Woodlands and the greater Houston area.
