SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston completes the sale of Windcrest Village Square – Phase II, a 14,907-square-foot retail strip center at 9533 FM 1488 in Magnolia, TX. Located approximately three miles west of the intersection of FM 2978 and FM 1488, the newly constructed Class A shopping center is 100% leased by a mixture of leading national and regional tenants.  
 
Advisor Rosa Dye of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston represented the seller, Workhubusa. The buyer, Windcrest FM 1488 Center Holdings, LLC, was referred to Dye by out-of-state broker Don Maclellan with Farislee Investments.
