All Ears! Center Announces the 2026 Toast & Taste – Boots & Bowties Ball
Honoring Pam & Johnny Higdon and Led by Event Chairs Kim & Garrett Erbele

The Woodlands, TX — All Ears! Center is pleased to announce the upcoming 2026 Toast & Taste – Boots & Bowties Ball, a signature fundraising gala supporting early intervention, audiology services, and Listening & Spoken Language therapy for children who are deaf or hard of hearing. The event will take place on Friday, April 10, 2026 at the Woodlands Country Club – Palmer Course and promises an evening of celebration, purpose, and community impact.

This year, All Ears! Center is proud to honor Pam and Johnny Higdon, whose commitment to the organization has touched the lives of countless families. The Higdon’s launched the first Sporting Clay Tournament benefiting All Ears! in 2015, inspired by their daughter Brooke’s journey with hearing loss. Brooke, who hears with cochlear implants, has excelled in mainstream school and is now a student at Sam Houston State University and an active member of the college rodeo team. Her success reflects the mission at the heart of All Ears! Center — empowering children to hear, speak, and thrive. Pam and Johnny continue to be a source of inspiration and strength for the All Ears! community.

All Ears! is also excited to announce that this year’s event will be chaired by Kim and Garrett Erbele, dedicated community advocates and longtime supporters of the Center. Their leadership and passion will play a vital role in elevating the event and expanding awareness of the life-changing work All Ears! Center provides to families across the region.

“Toast & Taste is more than a celebration — it’s a night that directly fuels the mission of All Ears! Center,” said Executive Director Lee Rech.  “The generosity of our sponsors, supporters, and community makes it possible for children to receive the services they need during the most critical years of development. We are grateful to the Higdon’s for their unwavering dedication and honored to have Kim and Garrett Erbele leading this year’s event.”

With no state or federal funding, All Ears! Center relies on community partners, donors, and friends to ensure that no child is ever turned away due to financial need. Funds raised at Toast & Taste support essential audiology care, Listening & Spoken Language therapy, parent education, and financial assistance for families facing financial hardship.
