Newcor Welcomes Three Summer Interns

This summer, we’re excited to welcome three outstanding interns to the Newcor team — Hank Hewgley, Brett Lattimer, and Eduardo Rodriguez. We asked each of them what they hope to gain from their internship experience, and we’re looking forward to seeing their growth, hard work, and contributions throughout the summer.

Brett:
“I want to expand my understanding of the capital side of commercial real estate while continuing to strengthen my brokerage skills, and apply what I learn in ways to contribute to the team throughout the summer.”

Eduardo:
“One thing I hope to get out of the summer is practical experience and knowledge.”

Hank:
“I’m excited to learn the language of commercial real estate and gain exposure to retail, industrial, land, and office sectors to better understand how each creates value. I’m also interested in learning how AI can improve efficiency in commercial real estate and help people work more strategically.”
