David's specialization spans a diverse spectrum of real estate transactions, including the sale of commercial land tracts, industrial sales and leasing, farm and ranch properties, as well as various investment opportunities encompassing single-family homes and multifamily dwellings. His extensive background includes pivotal roles with esteemed organizations, including a prominent national home builder and commercial real estate developers, enriching his understanding of the industry from various angles.

Austin State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate, David's academic foundation coupled with his extensive hands-on experience underscores his comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of real estate transactions.
 
David is deeply rooted in the Montgomery County community, where he resides with his wife, Stacy, and their daughter, Haley, a recent graduate of Baylor University. His commitment to his family and community mirrors his dedication to providing exceptional service and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients.
 
Prior to joining MHW Real Estate, David served as a construction manager at Pulte Homes for eight years, overseeing the construction of over 300 homes and mentoring a team of superintendents. Subsequently, he spent four years with Midway Development in Houston as a commercial leasing agent and property manager, specializing in single and multi-tenant industrial buildings. David is also a long-time member of the Conroe Lions Club serving as a board member twice and has served in leadership roles in various community events.
