Since its establishment in 1979, Spanish Flowers Mexican Restaurants has been a cherished culinary institution under the visionary leadership of its founder, Mary L. Bernal. A native of the Houston area, Ms. Bernal's deep-rooted passion for traditional Mexican cuisine was ignited during her formative years, as she spent her summers with relatives in the picturesque region of Guadalajara, Mexico.
