Established in 1937, Lankford’s has grown from a family-owned grocery in Houston’s Fourth Ward into a Houston institution known for its famous burgers. Featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and The Texas Bucket List, Lankford’s is now led by third-generation owners Paul and Jessica Prior, who continue the family legacy while expanding throughout Greater Houston.
