Our intuitive wellness assistant, luumi, will help curate your perfect experience during your first visit by creating a session plan for you to feel informed and educated. Your Light Therapy session time will vary by service. Enjoy a private 40-minute infrared sauna session, a 15-minute red light therapy session, or both! This time is for YOU.
