Martin Fein Interests, Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at a brand-new luxury apartment community in Springwoods Village. Position Overview:
The Leasing Professional is responsible for leasing apartment homes, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting daily leasing operations. This role plays a key part in achieving occupancy goals and representing the community’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing apartment homes and amenities
- Convert leads into leases through effective sales techniques and follow-up
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
- Assist with marketing efforts and outreach to generate traffic
- Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
- Support leasing office operations, including calls, emails, and CRM updates
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Proficiency with leasing software and basic computer skills
