EXHIBITOR GUIDELINE : For the safety and comfort of all guests, the inclusion of live people or animals as part of tabletop décor or displays is not permitted.
EXHIBITOR GUIDELINE CONFIRMATION I have read completely and understand the guidelines set forth by The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce in regards to our participation at the 47th Annual Chairman’s Ball on August 16, 2025.
DISQUALIFICATION & REVOCATION OF SPONSORSHIP I understand that should I not adhere to the guidelines set forth by The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce in regards to our participation at the 47th Annual Chairman’s Ball on August 16, 2025. TWACC has the right to disqualify me from the competition and/or revoke my participation by clearing my decorations off the table.
HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, employees, and The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
