Riedel Wine Glass Demonstration with Wine & Chocolate Pairing Wednesday November 15th 7-8:30 p.m.
RSVP required for classroom style seating. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served prior to the wine demonstration. Participants will take home the four Riedel Veritas glasses that they use in the class (retail value of $138.00) Cost $75/$70 for wine club.

Leading the event with be George Muller, Reidel Wine Consultant.  Mr. Muller’s family has been active in the glass industry since 1790 in the province of Lorraine, France. The tradition has continued in the United States since 1870. For more than 30 years, he has taught at various colleges and culinary schools on the history of wine and glassware. In addition, he has conducted wine tastings and seminars throughout the world. He has also worked as a consultant for several well- known glass companies such as Tiffany & Co.and has an ongoing relationship with Riedel Crystal for more than 30 years. Mr. Muller is the Chambellan Provincial/Officer Commandeur of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, the world’s oldest and largest international food and wine society, founded in Paris in 1248. The Chaine Des Rotisseursis devoted to preserving the camaraderie and pleasures of the table and to promoting excellence in all areas of the hospitality arts. In addition, Mr. Muller is the Vice Consellier for L’Ordre Mondial, the Vice Commander of the Knights of the Vine, a professional member of the James Beard House, a former trustee of the American Academy of Restaurant Sciences, and a founding member of the Epicurean International Associates. Mr. Muller will explain how the wine glass plays an important part in the taste of wine. He will tie together the history of winemaking with the history of the wine glass. Mr. Muller will weave a fascinating story. This is an experience not to be missed.
