Qigong
Non Trybe-Members are Welcome Qigong, a form of Tai Chi, is an energy practice that involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Over time, by practicing Qigong you can develop a heightened awareness of your own energy. Many people report feeling physically stronger and lighter, with emotions calmer and mind clearer. It can help with sleeping issues, improved mood, increased energy, balance, alignment, and stress reduction. In this gentle class guided by Cherie Clark-Moore, you will experience joint opening exercises and slow, flowing, energy-balancing movements followed by a relaxing guided meditation. Suitable for all ages, abilities and experience levels.
