Ms. Carter has experience successfully solving challenging projects in educational, nonprofit, governmental, and corporate environments. Specializing in business strategy, financial analysis, branding, and leadership, Ms. Carter develops and facilitates seminars and conferences focused on the development of innovative and compelling leadership skills for business professionals. She holds a BBA in Management from Prairie View A&M University, an MBA in Finance from University of St. Thomas, and completing a DBA in Organizational Leadership from Walden University.
