Every 40 seconds, someone in the U.S. has a stroke. Heart disease is the number one killer of all Americans. Help support the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association by participating in the first ever Montgomery County CycleNation event!
This is a movement to empower the community of Montgomery County to use cycling to help get brain and heart healthy while raising funds to continue vital community programs and support research to end stroke and heart disease.
Teams will ride relay style with each team member getting to experience the Les Mills The Trip, a unique ride in a digitally-created world! Teams are 4-6 people. Space is very limited! Each team must raise $1,500 to be guaranteed a bike.
ABOUT THE RIDE

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Each team must raise a minimum of $1,500 ($250 per person) to be guaranteed a bike. *Space is limited!*
- Teams will ride relay style with each team member getting to experience the Les Mills The Trip, a unique ride in a digitally-created world!
