In its inaugural year, the Land Advisory Team successfully closed transactions totaling more than 1,400 acres in the emerging markets of Central East Texas, with a gross sales volume of over $63 million. This milestone underscores the team’s dedication to delivering tailored real estate solutions while leveraging extensive market knowledge, industry expertise, and a comprehensive suite of resources to assist landowners in optimizing their portfolios.
