Moses N.B. Ayiku Jr. is Managing Partner of Lacewood Associates Management Consultants LLC, a Houston-based firm specializing in operational transformation for owner-operated businesses in the automotive repair, restaurant, and hospitality sectors. With over 35 years of experience, he has delivered results for organizations including the Bank of New York Mellon, Bloomberg L.P., The World Bank, and the United Nations Development Programme. He holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School, an M.Phil. and B.A. in Economics from the University of Ghana, and a Certificate in Technology Commercialization from Harvard University. A published author, his books Memoirs of the Centenary Greenhorns and Unlocking the Door to Excellent Grades are available on Amazon.
