Montgomery County Healthy for Good Heart Walk

Join the American Heart Association and 5,000 walkers as we walk for healthy hearts across the Montgomery County Community. The annual Montgomery County Healthy for Good Heart Walk will take place on Saturday, October 28. The family friendly 5K will take place at Alight Solutions (formally AON) at 9500 Lakeside Boulevard with check in starting at 8:00 a.m. and the program beginning at 8:30 a.m. The walk will kick off at 9 a.m. and will end around 11:30 a.m. We aren’t just walking. We’re Heartwalking! Thank you for joining nearly 1 million Americans at 305 events across the country to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
