Participants will pay $30 to for the 50 minute spin class facilitated by a CycleBar Instructor. A total of 45 bikes are available.  Water bottles branded with the Avanti logo will be given to each participant. Refreshments "Healthy Light Bites" to go will be sponsored by  SureCare after the class.
