General Business Litigation for a variety of domestic and international business entities including litigation involving the energy industry\, contract disputes\, collections\, defamation and employment matters\, as well as assisting businesses with contractor and subcontractor agreements\, indemnity agreements and master services agreements. \n\n Education and Experience: Graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2005\, Bachelor of Science\, with a Major in Finance. Graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law in 2009 with a Juris Doctorate and Diploma of Civil Law. Licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana.
