The free 3rd annual event starts with registration at 10 a.m. and a 1.5-mile walk at 11 a.m. followed by a chance to "raise the ruff" with Houston Disc Dogs\, pet peddlers\, a dog costume contest\, photo booth\, pup kissing booth\, inflatables\, food trucks and pet adoptions.
