DESCRIPTION:The Bearkat Champions Fund invites you to participate in the Bearkat Invitational Golf Tournament presented by Streater-Smith Honda Nissan\, benefitting all SHSU student-athletes. The Bearkat Invitational Golf Tournament presented by Streater-Smith Honda Nissan is the sole golf outing hosted by the SHSU Athletic Department and supports all 17 sports. Money raised from the event is utilized to cover expenses associated with seasonal needs (for example\, travel and equipment) for more than 350 student-athletes that represent Sam Houston State University on the field and in the arena. The four-man scramble tournament will feature a reception and awards ceremony after competition ends.
